Orly Taitz: officially delusional

In a belated but hilarious turn of events, Orly Taitz, the much-ridiculed “birther queen,” has been issued a $20,000 fine for seriously pissing off a judge in Georgia.

Taitz was representing a soldier fighting deployment on the basis of presidential illegitimacy (the “Darkies Ain’t Americans” defense) when the judge decided he’d had enough, goddammit. Taitz apparently failed “to follow simple rules” and “wasted the Defendants’ time and valuable judicial resources.” Judge Clay Land, via the Washington Independent:

At the hearing, counsel failed to make coherent legal arguments but instead wasted the Court’s time with press conference sound bites and speeches.

He also called her conduct “willful,” “delusional” and in “bad faith.” True facts.

Miz Taitz, if even the deep South is laughing your racist drivel out of the courtroom, perhaps you should take the hint.

Next time I hear a conservative go off on a rant about “frivolous lawsuits,” I plan on yelling BIRTHERS! repeatedly until they STFU.

Poor little Birthers, no court cases won, no one with a brain and common sense take you seriously, except maybe “Fake News”, where unfounded rumors and innuendo reign supreme, unlike a our US courts of law, where you need to present facts, not half baked lies. After several times of flying into the lights, flies get burned, Taitz just got burned, thing is, she will continue, no end in sight. Poor Birthers they hate and can’t debate.

A lawyer, dentist, realtor, black belt, I must say she is a Jack of all trade master of none.
